i've been on deviantart for ten fucking years.
an entire decade.

AN ENTIRE DECADE.
and i've only sucked for like 9½ of those years!

this is kind of blowing my mind right now.

i have yet to actually do anything worthwhile with him and his friends, but WHO KNOWS. (i can tell you right now that i know and i will not get around to it.)
looking back through my submissions, i think i've improved. i have been no where near competent at keeping track of my progress, but i like to think there's improvement there.
i've also discovered so many cool artists here who have influenced me over the last ten years. i don't think i'd be the same artist without that influence.

i've been trying to doodle some stuff to get me in the mood to paint but it seems my head is stuffed entirely too far up my ass. gotta loosen up, need to loosen up y'all! gimme some ideas to doodle and sketch. go crayznuts, make it interesting!!!

FINALLY i've gotten my 900+ deviantWATCH messages looked through. i feel guilty if i don't at least look at the pictures that people have worked on!
i haven't seriously updated my deviantart in over a year, but here soon, that is going change. there's a massive backlog of new material i need to release upon the interwebs. looking through all y'alls great stuff has really inspired me to take off my lazypants and put on my BIG GIRL WORKIN' PANTS! you have no one to blame but yourselves, awesome artists that i watch.
